CHRISTINA K. HUTCHINS

Christina K. Hutchins teaches Whitehead and process philosophy at Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley. Recent poems appear in Antioch Review, Denver Quarterly, The New Republic, Prairie Schooner, The Southern Review, and Witness. She has won the Villa Montalvo Poetry Prize, two Barbara Deming/Money for Women Awards, and a 2006 fellowship to the Summer Literary Seminars in Saint Petersburg, Russia, where she sat on the sill of Anna Akhmatova’s wide open window.

Her poem, “A Traveler Is Met by Touch,” appeared in Issue 20.1 – Winter/Spring 2008.
