Katherine Maurer received her MFA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She recently moved to Dallas, where she teaches in the Writers in the Schools program. Her poetry has been published in Alaska Quarterly Review, Hayden’s Ferry Review, and The Texas Review, and is forthcoming in River Oak Review.
