Laura van den Berg attends the MFA program at Emerson College, where she is an editorial assistant for Ploughshares and the incoming editor-in-chief of Redivider. A story from her collection in progress recently won 3rd Place in Glimmer Train’s Short Story Award for New Writers. Other fiction has been published or is forthcoming in Literary Imagination, The Northwest Review, Third Coast, The Baltimore Review, The Greensboro Review, The Indiana Review, The Literary Review, and StoryQuarterly.
Her story, “Bomb,” appeared in Issue 19.2-Summer/Fall 2007.
